多次使用川芎嗪注射液对丙泊酚逆行性遗忘作用的影响

Impacts of Ligustrazine Injected Multiply on the Retrograde Amnesia of Propofol

目的:观察多次使用川芎嗪(Ligustrazine,L)注射液对丙泊酚(Propofol,P)逆行性遗忘作用的影响。方法:将60只昆明种小鼠随机分成5组(n=12):川芎嗪L15组(15 mg.kg-1)、丙泊酚P5组(5 mg.kg-1)、丙泊酚P10组(10 mg.kg-1)、P5+L15组、P10+L15组。用避暗实验观察24 h后各组小鼠步入潜伏期和错误次数。结果:用药后24 h,各组间错误次数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与L15组相比,P10组、P5+L15组、P10+L15的潜伏期缩短(P<0.01);与P5组相比,P10组、P5+L15组、P10+L15组的潜伏期缩短(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:多次使用川芎嗪可增强丙泊酚的逆行性遗忘作用。

Objective： To observe the impacts of Ligustrazine （ Ligustrazine, L） injected multiply on the effects of retrograde amnesia induced by propofol （Propofol, P）. Methods ：60 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups（ n = 12）： Ligustrazine L15 group （15 mg · kg-1）, Propofol P5 group （5 mg · kg-1）, Propofol P10 group （10 mg · kg-1）, P5 ＋ L15 group, P10 ＋ L15 group. After 24 h, the step through latency and error times of each group were observed with dark avoidance test. Results ： after 24 h of administration, the error times in the groups had no significant differences （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; compared with L15 group, the step through latency of P1o group, P5 ＋ L15 group or Pl0 ＋ L15 group shortened （P 〈0.01 ） ; compared with P5 group, thats of Pl0 group, P5 ＋ L15 group, Pl0 ＋ L15 group also shortened （P 〈0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： The repeated uses of Ligustrazine can enhance the effects of retrograde amnesia of propofol.
