摘要 对负载的温度控制是中频感应加热电源最重要的控制环节,由于中频感应加热电源系统模型的复杂性以及实际生产过程中负载端引入的干扰因素等,使得传统的模糊控制算法难以达到对系统温度控制的精确性以及抗干扰性的要求。提出一种利用三次均匀B样条拟合模糊控制器输出的方法,应用在中频感应加热电源的温度控制,可以克服传统模糊控制算法精度低,抗干扰性差的缺点。仿真结果表明,与传统的模糊控制算法比较,证明改进后的插值模糊控制算法不仅具有良好的动态特性,而且能有效消除系统稳态误差,提高模糊控制器的控制精度,增强系统的抗干扰能力。 The temperature control for load is the most important part of control of frequency induction heating power supply. It is difficult fot the traditional fuzzy control algorithm to achieve the requirements of accuracy of tem- perature control and anti - interference, because of the complicated model of medium frequency induction heating power supply system and interference factors from the load - side in actual production process. This paper presented a method by using cubic uniform B -spline to fitting the output of fuzzy controller, and it has been used in temperature control of medium frequency induction heating power supply. This method can overcome the shortcomings of the low accuracy and poor capability of the traditional fuzzy control algorithm. Simulation results show that the improved in- terpolation fuzzy control algorithm, compared with the traditional fuzzy control algorithm, not only has good dynamic characteristics, but also can eliminate steady - state error effectively, improve the control precision of fuzzy control- ler, and enhance the system's anti - interference capability. The results of simulation prove the correctness of this al- gorithm.
