摘要
研究连铸熔池钢水液位精确优化控制。连铸熔池内实际存在气流的不定向运动,气压内外相差较大,形成信号非涡流效应,造成液位采集信号的异常波动,引起系统不稳定。传统的PID算法,针对非线性较强的信号变化,控制参数很难做出准确调整,造成控制精度不高的问题。为此提出了基于液位参数线性分解的连铸熔池钢水液位控制算法,把非线性的钢水液位信号看成是许多个线性参数的近似逼近。由于每个逼近信号是线性的,就保证了连铸熔池钢水液位的控制精度。仿真结果表明,线性迫近方法能够大幅提高钢水液位的控制精度,可为钢水液位优化控制设计提供依据。
This paper put forward a control algorithm of molten steel level of continuous molten pool based on lin- ear decomposition of liquid level parameters, regard nonlinear signals of molten steel level as parameter approxima- tion. Due to each approximation signal is linear, the control accuracy of continuous molten pool steel level can be en- sured. The experiment results show that the linear approximate method can improve the control accuracy of molten steel level, and supply the referrence for the design of optimized control.
