摘要
研究加油站的静电准确检测问题。加油站对静电要求较高,弱静电信号在混合干扰性气体的情况下,静电离子的离散浓度和移动速度都发生明显的变化。传统静电检测方式多是基于静电传感器,对移动的静电电荷的离散浓度进行判断,完成检测的。一旦静电电荷被干扰气体干扰,发生电荷离散浓度变化,传统的检测方法检测的准确性将明显下降。为此提出一种基于轮转式静电探测算法。采用轮转式校验方阵获取加油站中的静电信息,并依据轮转式中心定位弱估计静电感应原理,检测出加油站内可能存在的静电荷区域。实践证明,轮转式方法能够大幅减少加油站混合气体对静电荷分布的干扰,保证检测的准确性,取得了令人满意的结果。
This paper put forward an electrostatic detection algorithm based on rotary type. Calibration square matrix of rotary type was used to obtain the electrostatic information from gas stations. According to the electrostatic induction principle, detecting the static charge areas is possible in gas stations. The experiment results show that the method of rotary type can reduce the disturbance between the gas mixture in gas stations and the distribution of elec- trostatic charge, thus make sure that the test is accurate. This experiment has obtained the satisfactory result.
