银杏叶对老年原发性高血压患者血液流变性作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察银杏叶对血液流变性的作用,以期寻求降低老年原发性高血压患者血小板活性及血液黏稠度的新途径。方法60例老年原发性高血压患者随机分为3组,常规治疗组(N组):拜心同30mg早晨顿服;阿司匹林组(A组):拜心同30mg早晨顿服+拜阿司匹林100mg睡前顿服;银杏叶组(Y组):拜心同30mg早晨顿服+银杏叶片2片三餐后用水吞服,疗程4周。治疗前后分别测定血小板聚集率、血浆中血小板α2颗粒膜蛋白、血栓素B2水平及血液黏稠度指标。结果N组血小板功能及血液黏稠度某些指标有所下降(P〈0.05),而A组及Y组所测指标较治疗前好转更多(P〈0.01或P〈0.05),且A、Y两组间比较仅在个别指标有差异(P〈0.05)。结论银杏叶对老年原发性高血压患者血小板功能及血液黏稠度的影响与阿司匹林作用几乎相当。 Objective To evaluate the effect of Ginkgo biloba on hemorheology in elderly patients with essential hypertension and try to find new method to decrease platelet activity and blood viscosity.Method 60 elderly patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into 3 groups:routine group(n=20,Adalat GITS 30mg taken in the morning),aspirin group(n=20,Adalat GITS 30mg taken in the morning + Bayaspirin 100mg,taken in before the sleeping) and Ginkgo biloba group(n=20,Adalat GITS 30mg taken in the morning + Ginkgo biloba after three meals).The treatment course was 4 weeks.The levels of platelet aggregates ratio(PAR),platelet α2 granule membrane protein(GMP2140),thromboxane B2(TXB2) and blood viscosity were measured before and after treatment.Results The levels of platelet activity and blood viscosity were obviously decreased in N group(P〈0.05).The levels of indicators in aspirin and Ginkgo biloba group was much lower than those before treatment(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).And A,Y two groups differ only in the individual indicators(P〈0.05). Conclusion The role of Ginkgo biloba on platelet activity and blood viscosity in elderly patients with essential hypertension is almost equal with aspirin.
