脊柱良性骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变的CT、MRI诊断

CT and MRI Diagnosis of Spinal Benign Tumors and Tumor-like Lesions

目的评价脊柱良性骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的CT、MRI表现特征。方法回顾性分析32例脊柱良性肿瘤和肿瘤样病变的CT、MRI表现，包括血管瘤11例，骨巨细胞瘤10例（3例合并动脉瘤样骨囊肿），骨样骨瘤2例，嗜酸性肉芽肿4例，骨纤维异常增殖症3例，骨神经鞘瘤及动脉瘤样骨囊肿各1例，均经手术或穿刺病理证实。结果发生于颈椎3例、胸椎13例、腰椎11例、骶椎5例,不同良性肿瘤和肿瘤样病变的CT、MRI表现各异，具有相对特征性。结论综合分析脊柱良性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的CT、MRI表现特征，多数病变可以做出准确诊断。

Objective To evaluate the imaging appearance of spinal benign tumors and tumor-like lesions. Methods CT and MRI findings in 32 cases with spinal benign tumors and tumor-like lesions were retrospectively analyzed,the lesions included hemangioma（n=11）,giant cell tumor（n=10）,osteoid osteoma（n=2）,eosinophilic granuloma（n=4）,fibrous dysplasia of bone（n=3）,intraosseous neurilemmoma（n=1）,aneurysmal bone cyst（n=1）,which were proven by surgery and needle biopsy.Results The location of spinal lesions were in cervical（n=3）,thoracic （n=13）,lumbar（n=11） and sacrum（n=5）.Different spinal benign tumors and tumor-like lesions had those relative specific manifestations.Conclusion Combined CT with MRI,spinal benign tumors and tumor-like lesions can be correctly diagnosed in most instances.
