Rh血型系统研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 Rh血型系统是红细胞血型系统中最具复杂性和多态性的血型系统，它在输血医学中的作用仅次于ABO血型系统。Rh血型抗原由紧密连锁高度同源的RHD和RHCE基因编码。D抗原变异体一般表现为数量或质量的改变。Rh血型系统的检测方法很多，主要是从血清学、分子血型两个方面进行检测。该文就Rh血型的基因、变异、检测方法和临床意义等方面的最新研究进展进行综述。
