摘要
制革过程中,皮胶原蛋白的等电点受酸碱盐的处理而不断发生变化,皮蛋白的等电点是制革过程中制订工艺的一个重要依据。本文对胶原及皮革等电点的测定方法进行了综述,并指出自等电点的角度来了解鞣制化学的机理是一个新的角度。
The isoelectric point of the skin collagen,which will be shifted during the treatment of acid,alkali and tanning agents,is an essential foundation to prepare a leather making procedure.The methods to determine the isoelectric point of collagen and leather were reviewed in the paper.It is a new aspect to understand the mechanism of tanning chemistry from the isoelectric point.
