摘要
对浸酸助剂DIMTAN HC在酸性条件下抑制裸皮膨胀的效果进行了考察,分别进行了传统浸酸鞣制和少盐浸酸鞣制,对废液中Cl-和SO24-含量、铬鞣剂的吸收情况及成革性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:浸酸时使用2%的DIMTAN HC可有效抑制裸皮的增重和增厚;浸酸时加入DIMTAN HC可显著降低鞣制废液中的Cl-、SO24-含量,降幅分别为68.3%和55.2%;少盐浸酸鞣制的废液中Cr2O3含量(0.82 g/L)明显低于传统浸酸鞣制的废液中Cr2O3含量(4.02 g/L),成革中的Cr2O3含量增加至4.12%;在Cr2O3用量相同的情况下,使用DIMTAN HC的少盐浸酸鞣革的机械强度和断裂伸长率均优于传统浸酸鞣革。
An application study of low-salt pickling material DIMTAN HC has been studied in which the comparative study was carried out with standard pickling processes restrain pelt swelling in the acid condition.The contents of Cl-,SO2-4,Cr2O3 in the float and leather physical performance are determined after chrome tanning.The results indicated that 2% DIMTAN HC can avoid the increasing of weight and thickness to pelt swelling.The content of Cl-,SO2-4 and Cr2O3 in the float of with DIMTAN HC after chrome tanning is by 68.3%,55.2%,and 73.0%,respectively,that is lower than that of the common pickling.The content Cr2O3 of leather is 4.12% higher in pickling with DIMTAN HC.It is a result that the low-salt pickling is propitious to clean production.The physical mechanics properties of the leather using the low-salt pickling process are better than that of common pickling process.
