OSBP吸收处理合成革尾气工艺研究 被引量:1

Study on the Process of Absorption for the Tail Gas from Synthetic Leather Production with OSBP Absorber

摘要 研究了利用高沸点吸收剂OSBP在鼓泡填料塔中对合成革生产过程尾气中的有机溶剂甲苯、丁酮和DMF吸收工艺,通过改变吸收操作条件,对该过程工艺操作条件进行优化提高吸收效率。结果表明:气液摩尔比和温度的升高不利于吸收传质过程,尾气的湿度对吸收效果影响很小。当气液摩尔比为7.9,吸收剂与尾气温度为25℃时,OSBP对甲苯、丁酮和DMF的吸收效率分别可以达到98.2%、92.5%和98.5%,排放气体中的甲苯、丁酮和DMF的含量达到了国家排放标准。吸收效率随吸收的进行的推移不断降低,丁酮、甲苯、DMF的有效吸收时间为26、68、80 h。丁酮的吸收效果将是制约吸收剂吸收效果及其吸收剂再生时间的主要因素。OSBP对丁酮、甲苯和DMF饱和吸收量分别为1.2,6.1和7.2 g/L。 The new process for the treatment of tail gas from synthetic leather production was proposed,in which a high boiling point absorbent OSBP was employed to absorb organic compounds in bubble packed tower,such as toluene,2-butanone and DMF in the tail gas.The process of absorption of operation conditions were optimized by changing the conditions of the process.The results showed that gas-liquid molar ratio and the operation temperature have great negative influence on the absorption,but humidity in the tail gas has no effect on the absorption efficiency.Gas-liquid moler ratio is 7.9,the operation temperature is 25℃.Under the optimum conditions the absorption efficiency of toluene can reach 98.5%,the absorption efficiency of DMF can reach 98.5%,and the absorption efficiency of 2-butanone is 92%.The crucial factor for this process is the absorption efficiency of 2-butanone.The vent gas from this process can meet the state standard.The time of absorption of toluene,2-butanone and DMF is 26h,68h and 80h.The capacity of organic solvents of toluene,2-butanone and DMF in absorption is 1.2g/L,6.1g/L and 7.2g/L.
