摘要
认知 -行为疗法是行为疗法于本世纪 70年代在受到来自于内部和外部的冲击后吸收了中介认知的观点而产生的。这一疗法的核心是通过改变认知来改变行为。它是一种需进一步完善 ,但具有很大发展前景的心理治疗范式。
In 1970's behavior therapy was challenged from different respects, therefore, it absorbed the viewpoint of cognition and developed a new therapy, i e cognitive-behavioral therapy The core of it is trying to change individual's behavior by means of changing his (her) cognition It is great possible for the therapy to be one of the most influent psychotherapies in the near future although it should be improved
