280例2型糖尿病患者用药情况调查分析

Diagnoses on the Medication of 280 Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:调查基层2型糖尿病患者用药情况,为糖尿病患者安全合理用药及健康教育提供依据。方法:随机选择遵化地区在基层医疗机构就医或零售药店购药的2型糖尿病患者作为调查对象,由医师或药师采用现场问答的方式填写统一的调查表,对用药依据、用药品种、用药的影响因素等进行调查。结果:医师处方和病友亲友推荐为患者的主要用药依据;磺酰脲类、双胍类和中药是主要用药品种;应用准药和选择非专业人员推荐用药的人群主要为受教育程度低、老年人、病程长及偏执型的患者。结论:基层糖尿病患者存在许多不规范用药的现象,健康教育和规范医药市场是安全、有效、合理、经济用药的有效方法。

Objective：To investigate the drug application in the patients with type 2 diabetes at the grass-roots level to as to provide the basis for rational drug use and health education in diabetes patients. Methods： Samples were taken randomly among the patients with type 2 diabetes who received medical treatment in primary medical institutions or purchased drugs in retail pharmacies in Zunhua area. An investigation was conducted by physicians and pharmacists by means of questionnaires on the basis of drug use, durg varieties and the influencing factors of drug use. Results： The drugs used in diabetes patients were mainly by prescriptions or recommended by their wardmates＇ relatives. Sulfonylureas, biguanides and traditional Chinese medicines were the most commonly used drugs. The patients who used the quasi-medicines or chose the recommended ones by non-professionals were mainly those of less educated, the elderly, the patients with long course of disease and paranoid. Conclusion： For the unnormative phenomena of drug use in the patients with diabetes at the grass-roots level ,health education and regulating the pharmaceutical market were the efficient measures for the reasonable, safe, effective, and economic drug-use in patients.
