摘要
目的:研究凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)在白血病及淋巴瘤骨髓活检组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测10例急性髓系白血病,13例淋巴瘤,9例非恶性血液病患者骨髓活检组织中XIAP的表达水平。结果:XIAP蛋白在急性髓系白血病、淋巴瘤骨髓活检组织中的阳性表达积分均高于非恶性血液病,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:XIAP的表达水平与白血病及淋巴瘤的发生发展有一定关联,可能与其抑制肿瘤细胞的凋亡有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of the X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein(XIAP) in bone marrow biopsy tissue of acute myeloid leukemia and lymphoma.Methods: The expression of XIAP was detected by immunohistochemical assay in the bone marrow biopsy tissue from 10 cases of acute myeloid leukemia,13 lymphoma and 9 patients without hematological malignancy.Results: The level of XIAP in the bone marrow tissue from acute myeloid leukemia and lymphoma was higher than those from control cases without hematological malignancy(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The increased expression of XIAP protein may contribute to the progression of acute myeloid leukemia and lymphoma,which may be relevant to its role as inhibitor of apoptosis.
