不同桩核在残根残冠修复中的疗效比较 被引量:3

Clinical Effect Comparison of Several Different Post-Core Materials in the Residual Crown and Root Repair

摘要 目的:观察成品螺纹桩、铸造钴铬合金桩核、纤维桩修复残根残冠的临床应用效果。方法:将90例患者90颗残根残冠,随机分成3组,分别采用A组成品螺纹桩,B组铸造钴铬合金桩核,C组纤维桩进行修复,并随诊18个月后,比较3组患者治疗后的成功率。结果:3组患者经过治疗后,成品螺纹桩组的成功率为73.33%,铸造钴铬合金桩核组的成功率为60.00%,纤维桩组的成功率为96.67%,三组差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:与成品螺纹桩和铸造钴铬合金桩核相比,纤维桩具有更好的粘结性及抗折能力。 Objective: To study the clinical effect of prefabricated screw post,cast CoCr(chromium-cobalt) alloy post-core and fiber post in the restoration of residual crown and root.Methods: 90 cases of patients(90 teeth) in our hospital were divided into three groups randomly.Each group was restored by prefabricated screw post,cast CoCr alloy post-core and fiber post,respectively.After 18 months,all patients were examined and the success rates were compared.Results: The effects of the three groups were evaluated after the treatment.The success of the fiber post group was 96.67%,which was higher those that of the prefabricated screw post group(73.33%) and the cast CoCr alloy post-core group(60.00%).It showed significant difference(P〈0.005).Conclusions: Compared with the prefabricated screw post and the cast CoCr alloy post-core,the fiber post had better bond strength and fracture resistance.
