摘要
水代法提油是一种新型绿色提油工艺,但提油率影响因素众多,本研究旨在运用数理统计方法对影响水代法提油过程的诸多因素进行快速筛选。实验表明,对提油有正效应,且影响显著性由大到小的四个因素依次为:超声时间>水代温度>水代时间>离心速度。本研究为进一步优化水飞蓟油水代法提取工艺奠定了基础。
Aqueous extraction is a novel and green oil extraction but the oil yield is affected by many factors. The object of this research was to investigate main factors showing positive and significant effect on oil extraction using statistical method. The result showed that the order of four investigated factors was: ultrasound time 〉 extraction temperature 〉 extraction time 〉 centrifugal speed. This research provided a basis for further optimization ofoil extraction in Sliybum maruianum's kernel.
