摘要 采用土培法研究了化合物4-(2,2-二氯乙酰基)-3a-甲基十氢-1H-苯并[d]吡咯并[1,2-a]咪唑-1-酮(YF-208)保护玉米免受乙草胺药害作用。结果表明,使用不同浓度的YF-208对玉米浸种处理后,15 mg/kg乙草胺毒土处理产生的药害得到不同程度的缓解。用25 mg/kg YF-208处理时,玉米的各项生长指标恢复率达到最高,株高、根长、株鲜重和根鲜重的恢复率分别为62.92%,57.46%,67.27%和39.27%。玉米幼苗根部GSH含量增幅达到60.20%,叶片中增幅为30.38%,玉米根部GST比活力为2.726 nmol.s-1.mg-1。YF-208能够提高乙草胺处理后的玉米幼苗中的GSH含量,促进乙草胺与GSH的轭合作用,这是化合物YF-208保护玉米免受乙草胺药害的主要途径。 The effects of 4-(2,2-dichloroacetyl)-3a-methyldecahydro-1H-benzo[d]pyrroloimidazol-1-one(YF-208) in reducing the injury of acetochlor to maize were studied by bioassay in vivo.The results showed that the growth indexes of maize could be restored from the injury of acetochlor in some extent after maize seeds were soaked with YF-208.When the concentration of YF-208 was 25 mg/kg,the recovery rates of plant height,root length,plant fresh weight and root fresh weight were 62.92%,57.46%,67.27% and 39.27%,respectively.The contents of GSH in maize leaf and root also increased.The increase rates of GSH content in root and leaf were 60.20% and 30.38%,respectively.The level of GST was 2.726 nmol?s-1?mg-1.The test demonstrated that YF-208 could protect maize from the injury of acetochlor in some extent.YF-208 could improve the GSH content in maize,induce the conjugation of acetochlor with GSH.It was the main way that YF-208 protected maize from acetochlor injury.
