3%甲霜·噁霉灵水剂的气相色谱分析

Analysis of Metalaxyl+Hymexazol 3% Aqueous Solution by Gas Chromatography

采用气相色谱法对3%甲霜.噁霉灵水剂中的噁霉灵和甲霜灵进行同柱一次性分析和定量。结果表明,该方法中噁霉灵和甲霜灵的线性相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9998,标准偏差分别为0.041和0.012,变异系数分别为1.63%和2.31%,平均回收率分别为99.5%和99.7%。

A quantitative analysis method was established for metalaxyl ＋ hymexazol 3% aqu.eous solution by gas chromatography in this paper. The results showed that the linear correlations for hymexazol and metalaxyl were 0.999 2 and 0.999 8, the standard deviations were 0.041 and 0.012, the coefficients of variation were 1.63% and 2.31%, the average recoveries were 99.5% and 99.7%, respectively.
