摘要
故障是给排水设备在其寿命周期过程中必然要发生的现象。通过研究设备故障分布规律,结合企业现状,制订适宜的改善维修策略,并选择技术合理、经济性好、实践可行的维修技术,以此消除了设备的先天缺陷或频发故障,从而改善和提高了设备的先进性、可靠性和维修性,确保了给排水设备的安全、稳定、经济、高效运行。
Fault is the phenomenon which would be bound to happen in life cycle process of water supply and drainage equipment. Through studying the distribution law of equipment fault and combining with the current situation of enterprise, the appropriate strategy about corrective maintenance were formulated. After that, by choosing the reasonable, economical and feasible maintenance technologies, the birth defects and frequent faults were eliminated, so as to improve and enhance the advancement, reliability, maintainability of the equipments, and to ensure the safety, stability, economy, efficient operation of water supply and drainage equipment,
