经济型数控机床网络化的研究

Research on the Networking of CNC Machine Tool

以抚顺职业技术学院工程训练中心现有的数控设备ZJK7532A-4数控铣床、CJK6032-4数控车床为对象,利用该加工设备配有的以太网口作为通信口,以C++builder 6.0作为开发工具,以数据库、局域网、现场总线等技术为基础,研究了数控加工网络化及DNC集成系统的组成结构、通信方式,设计了可以实现CAD/CAM系统集成、数据库管理及通信功能的平台软件。

Networking of CNC machine tool along with structure and communications of DNC integrated system were researched in this paper by using existing CNC machine tool ZJK7532A- 4 and CJK6032 -4 in the training centre of FUSHUN Vocational Technology Institute. Ethernet ports of the CNC machine were used as communication ports in this research. C ＋ ＋ builder 6.0 and other techniques were also used as development tool on the basis of database along with local area network and scene buses. A platform software was designed which can integrate with CAD/CAM system and manage and communicate of database.
