基于Pro/E的汽车EPS蜗杆参数化精确建模

摘要 应用在汽车电动助力转向系统(electric power steering,EPS)减速机构中的渐开线(ZI型)蜗杆,轴截面齿廓为复杂非线性曲线,因此对其精确建模较为困难。从ZI型蜗杆齿形的形成原理出发,针对EPS蜗杆的特点,对ZI型蜗杆的精确建模方法进行了研究,提出了针对该类零件的建模方法,并实现了EPS蜗杆的精确建模,为提高EPS减速机构的优化设计水平提供了依据和参考。 Involute worm is widely used in EPS transmission. Due to the complicated nonlinear gear tooth profile, it was difficult to make an exact 3D model of involute worm. Based on the forming principle of involute worm, considering the characteristic of EPS worm, the special method of accurate modeling of involute worm is proposed, and the exact 3D model of EPS worm is obtained. This paper provides the dependability and reference basis for the optimization design of EPS transmission.
