基于Voronoi图的型腔加工刀具轨迹规划算法

摘要 Voronoi图是计算几何中非常有用的工具,它将几何多边形划分为若干子域,每个子域分别对应轮廓中的某段,子域中的任一点到对应的轮廓段距离最近,在各个子域中分别构造对应轮廓段的等分线。把该算法应用到型腔加工中,生成型腔结构的Voronoi图;然后在此基础上利用等距偏置法,生成型腔加工的刀具轨迹。该算法的应用不仅能消除传统刀轨算法中产生的多余环和自交环,避免过切现象,还能提高计算效率和加工精度。 The Voronoi diagram is a very useful tool in computational geometry, geometric polygon is divided into several sub-domains, each sub-domain corresponding to a certain profile, at any point of the sub-domain to the corresponding contour distance in all subdomain constructed corresponding to the bisector of the contour segment. The algorithm applying to the cavity machining, equidistant offset generated cavity structure Voronoi diagram, and then on this basis, to generate a cavity machining tool path. The application of the algorithm can not only eliminate redundant ring in the traditional tool path algorithm and self-cross-ring to avoid the phenomenon of cut, but also can improve the computational efficiency and precision.
