摘要
以稻草秸秆苯酚液化物为原料,在碱性条件下用甲醛、亚硫酸钠进行改性,制备了新型染料分散剂HSC-LP.采用红外光谱对其结构进行定性分析,并对其分散力、高温稳定性及研磨性进行测试.考察了反应温度、反应时间、甲醛用量和亚硫酸钠用量对新型染料分散剂性能的影响,经单因素和正交试验得出改性的最佳工艺条件为:甲醛7 mol/kg,亚硫酸钠3 mol/kg,110℃反应5 h.
New dye dispersant HSC-LP was prepared using rice straw liquefied in phenol as material and modified by formaldehyde and sodium sulfite in alkaline conditions. The structure of new dye dispersant was analyzed by FTIR and its dispersing power, high temperature stability and abrasive performances were also tested. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of formaldehyde and sodium sulfite on the performance of the new dye dispersant were studied. The optimum modified reaction conditions were obtained through single factor and orthogonal test: 7 mol/kg of formaldehyde, 3 mol/kg of sodium sulfite, reacted at 110℃ for 5h.
