摘要
以细菌纤维素为增强体,聚乙烯醇为基体,甲醛为交联剂,在过饱和盐溶液中利用湿化学法制备BC/PVA复合膜.通过对复合膜溶胀性能、红外光谱分析、扫描电镜、热性能以及力学性能的测试分析,研究化学交联对复合膜性能的影响.结果表明:使用甲醛对复合膜进行交联处理后,在BC/PVA复合膜内形成了化学键结合,从而降低了复合膜的溶胀性能,增强了复合膜的力学性能以及热稳定性能.
Bacterial cellulose (BC)/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) composites membrane was prepared using BC as the reinforcement and PVA as the matrix materials in saturated salt solution with formaldehyde as cross-linking agent by wet chemical method. The effect of chemical cross-linking on the properties of com- posite membrane was investigated through the analysis of swelling property of composite membrane, infrared spectroscopic (IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM), thermal and mechanical properties tests. The results showed that the use of formaldehyde formed chemical bonds between the composite membranes, which led to the reduction of swelling property and the enhancement of the mechanical properties and thermal stability.
