摘要
自制了无皂粘合剂并将其应用于纯棉织物进行涂料染色,考察了甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯和粘合剂用量,轧余率,焙烘温度和时间对织物性能的影响.结果表明优化工艺为:甲基丙烯酸10%,丙烯酸羟乙酯3.0%,粘合剂40 g/L,轧余率70%,150℃焙烘3 min,通过与工业用粘合剂对织物性能影响的对比,发现该无皂乳液粘合剂的干、湿摩擦牢度,皂洗牢度均已达到了生产要求.
A kind of soap-free adhesive was synthesized which was applied on pigment dyeing of cotton fabric. The effects of dosage of methacrylic acid, hydroethyl acrylate, bonding agent, pick-up, curing tempera- ture and time on the properties of fabric were investigated. The results showed the optimal technique was: dosage of methacrylic acid was 10%, hydroethyl acrylate 3.0%, bonding agent 40 g/L, and the pick-up was 70%, cured at 150℃ for 3 min. Compared with the effect of industrial adhesive on properties of fabric, dry and wet abrasion fastness and soaping fastness of this soap-free adhesive reached the industrial standard.
