摘要
目的通过检测7种食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体水平,初步分析体检人群中食物不耐受情况,为过敏性疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断和预防提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法对1 148例体检者做7种食物不耐受血清特异性IgG抗体水平检测。结果 7种食物不耐受特异性IgG阳性人数及阳性率分别为:鸡蛋383例(33.40%),鳕鱼147例(12.80%),牛奶114例(9.93%),虾60例(5.20%),花生56例(4.87%),大豆54例(4.70%),牛肉2例(0.14%)。其中对鸡蛋的不耐受程度较高,不同性别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄段比较存在一定的差异,青少年组比壮年组和老年组不耐受程度严重,青少年组与壮年组和老年组比较差异有统计学意义,壮年组与老年组比较差异无统计学意义。结论体检人群中许多人存在食物不耐受,且不同年龄之间存在一定的差异,不同性别之间差异无统计学意义,检测血清特异性IgG抗体有助于早期诊断和预防过敏性疾病。
Objective To analyze the situation of food intolerance in health examination population and provide evidence for diagnosis and prevention of disease by detecting the level of 7 special antibodies IgG of food intolerance. Methods Seven kinds of special antibodies IgG of food intolerance were analyzed with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 1 148 healthy persons. Results The rate of food intolerance was: 33.4% for egg, 12.8% for fish, 9.93% for milk, 5.20% for shrimp, 4.70% for soybean, 4.87% for peanut and 0.14% for beef in 7 common food. There were no difference between female and male. The degree of intolerance in youth group was the most. There was significant difference between youth group and middle-aged group, older-aged group. Conclusion Food intolerance is common in people. There is significant difference among different age. The detection of special antibody IgG of food intolerance may be useful in early diagnosis and prevention anaphylactic disease caused by food.
