摘要
本文介绍本室10年来在检测血清乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)标志的ELISA技术的建立与发展。对HBV的3个抗原抗体系统的检测,主要的研究发展方向是:建立与应用单克隆抗体作为试剂材料;改进与发展一步培育法ELISA技术原理;更新底物的应用。应用情况表明,这整套ELISA检测技术是可行的,达到了预期的目的,符合当前我国的实际需要,能够在各级医疗,预防与研究机构推广应用。
In past decade, the establishment and improvement of ELISA technique for the detection of HBV markers in this unit were reported. The major directions of development in this unit for the detection of three HBV antigen-antibody systems were: production of monoclonal antibodies against HBV antigens and their uses as reagents in ELISA systems; establishment of one-step ELISA technique; application of new substrates. It was suggested that these ELISA systems were very practical and suitable for use in different levels of medical settings in this country.
