摘要
研究2+4×0.22HT Betru钢丝帘线在轿车子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明:与1×3×0.28HT钢丝帘线相比,2+4×0.22HT Betru钢丝帘线的破断力明显提高,在相同安全倍数下压延钢丝帘线密度减小,渗胶性能较好,工艺过程稳定;以其替代1×3×0.28HT钢丝帘线用于轿车子午线轮胎带束层中,成品轮胎的各项性能均达到指标要求。
The application of 2+4×0.22HT Betru steel cord in the belt of passenger car radial(PCR) tire was investigated.Compared with 1×3×0.28HT steel cord,the breaking strength of 2+4×0.22HT Betru steel cord was significantly higher.To achieve same safety factor,the number of steel cord could be reduced,the rubber penetration was better,and the process was stable.By using 2+4×0.22HT Betru steel cord instead of 1×3×0.28HT steel cord in the belt of PCR tire,the performance of finished tire met the requirements.
