With the coming of the information society,people＇s life has changed a lot.They enjoy the great convenience and welfare brought by network technology.But on the other hand,it endangers the privacy of people.This phenomenon has its economic,historical,cultural and technological reasons.How to guarantee the right to privacy is becoming a urgent question which is required to be solved.
