On the Relationship among the Government,the Residents(Residents' Committee) and the Intermediary Organizations in the Issue of Urban Community's Self-Dealing

以马克思主义唯物辩证法中的联系的普遍性作为理论基础,政府、居民(居委会)、中间组织的角度,这里的政府主要是指基层政府,分别阐述城市社区自治中的存在的问题,并且从政府、居民(居委会)、中间组织三者的关系中找出解决城市社区自治中问题的办法。

The socialist modernization is booming after 1980s,and the urban community construction has becoming a comprehensive development model.The problems existed in community＇s self-dealing is studied by analyzing the relationship among the government,the residents（residents＇ committee） and the intermediate organizations.
