高校网络舆论作为社会舆论史上一种全新的、发生在特定区域(校园)的形态,网络技术的进步为其发展带来了无穷的契机和活力,但网络的负面效应而造成的负面校园舆论影响也成为在校师生无法回避的一种客观社会意识环境。针对目前高校面临的网络舆论环境的现实困境,寻找应对策略是亟待解决的问题之一。

As a new form in the history of public opinion,which happened in specific areas（campus）,the progress of the network technology has brought infinite opportunity and vigor for public opinion.However,network of negative effects influenced by negative public opinion has a kind of objective social consciousness environment which teachers and students in the university cannot avoid.Facing up with the dilemma of the network environment,what we need to do is to look for the strategy.
