摘要 为获取泵站抽水装置性能数据,对南水北调东线万年闸泵站现有水泵装置模型试验数据进行拟合和换算,得到水泵装置的综合特性曲线。计入电机效率和传动效率后,得到泵站抽水装置综合特性曲线,并构造出装置扬程、流量、抽水装置效率及叶片角度之间的对应关系,获得在任意流量和扬程工况点所对应的水泵叶片角度和抽水装置效率值。最后应用插值算法生成抽水装置性能特性曲面。计算结果可作为泵站优化调度的基础数据。 In order to obtain the performance data of the pumping equipment at the pump station,the model test data of the existing pumping equipment have been fitted and converted to obtain the comprehensive characteristic curves of the pumping equipment in light of the influences of the electrical efficiency and transmission efficiency.The relationships among the pump lift,pumping rate,efficiency of the pumping equipment,and blade angle are developed,thereby providing the blade angle and efficiency of the pumping equipment under different pump lifts and pumping rates.The performance characteristic curves can be obtained using the interpolation method.In this paper,the calculation methods are used to determine the efficiency and performance of the pumping equipment at the Wannianzha pump station in the eastern route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,which can provide references for the optimal regulation of the pump station.
