摘要
利用区域内基础信息、实时监测信息,并根据节水灌溉预报原理,在区域用水总量预测和指标控制下,采用节水灌溉理念和区域水资源总量控制管理模式,以供定需、以供定耗,构建科学的节水灌溉预报网络体系,建设灌溉预报决策支持系统。实现区域范围内的分片、分类节水灌溉预报和农业用水效率评估,结合网站发布节水灌溉预报结果,指导农民适时、适量科学灌溉,为河北省节水农业发展创新思路、探索新途径示范、推广。2011年至今分别在河北省范围内不同灌溉预报分区共10个县得到应用推广。
According to the use of the basic information and real-time monitoring information in the region,and the principle of the water-saving irrigation forecast,a scientific water-saving irrigation forecast network system and an irrigation prediction and decision-making support system were developed under the control of the regional total water use forecast and target.The system adopted the water-saving irrigation concepts and regional water resources management mode so it can satisfy the fixed demand and consumption.Use of the system can provide each type of the irrigation forecast for each section in the region and realize the evaluation of the agricultural water use efficiency,and the combination of the use of websites to publish the water-saving irrigation forecast can guide the peasants with timely and appropriate irrigation,and thus to provide the innovative ideas to explore the demonstration and extension for the development of water-saving agriculture in Hebei Province.Since 2011,this system has been applied and promoted for the irrigation forecast in different areas of 10 counties in Hebei Province.
