摘要
目的制备Anti-NEP1-40多克隆抗体。方法合成NEP1-40多肽,采用弗氏佐剂制备免疫抗原,多次多点皮下注射健康雄性家兔,刺激机体产生相应抗体,颈动脉放血分离兔血清。结果获得含NEP1-40抗体的免疫血清,其抗体特异性好,亲和力较高。结论 NEP1-40兔多克隆抗体可以满足NEP1-40相关的科学研究。
Objective To prepare NEP1-40 polyclonal antibodies.Methods NEP1-40 antigen was subcutaneously injected into health male rabbits.The blood was collected from carotid artery.Results NEP1-40 antibody was got from the serum with affinity and specialty.Conclusion Subcutaneous immune method can get NEP1-40 antibody.
