髓内固定系统治疗下肢骨折117例临床分析

The clinical analysis of intramedullary fixation system in treating lower limb fracture

目的探索髓内固定系统在下肢骨折治疗中的操作原理及临床疗效。方法用髓内钉系统固定下肢骨折117例,通过对术前与术后摄片对照分析,探索髓内钉系统的操作情况及临床疗效。结果术后摄片骨折达解剖或功能复位,随访6～36个月,平均15个月。疗效优86例,良18例,中8例,差5例,优良率88.9%。结论下肢骨折治疗中,髓内钉系统是一种优良的支撑、复位、固定器材;术前认真分析骨折类型及力学特点,熟练掌握髓内固定系统的操作,有助于术中顺利操作和达到骨折的有效固定。

Objective To study the operation principle and the clinical effect of intramedullary fixation system in treating lower limb fracture.Methods 117 cases with fractured lower limbs were fixed with intramedullary pins,and compared preoperation and postoperation treatment effect through X-ray.Results The fractured bone were treated into anatomical replacement or functional replacement.The patients were follow up for an average of 15 months（ranging from 6 to 36 months）.The good rate is 88.9%.Conclusion Intramedullary pin system is a reliable device of pedestal,replacement and fixation in treating fractured lower limb.It is helpful to treat fractured bone that analyzing the type of fracture and mechanical feature and mastering the principle of intramedullary fixation system.
