Acutrak空心无头加压螺钉治疗Hoffa骨折早期疗效分析

The early results of Hoffa's fractures treated with Acutrak compression screws

目的评价采用Acutrak空心无头加压螺钉内固定治疗Hoffa骨折早期疗效。方法 7例Hoffa骨折按Letenneur分型,行切开复位Acutrak空心无头加压螺钉内固定方法治疗,术后复查随访。结果平均随访16.5个月,骨折均获得愈合,采用Letenneur术后功能恢复评估标准:优良4例,可2例,差1例,优良率为85.7%。结论 Acu-trak空心无头加压螺钉内固定治疗Hoffa骨折疗效确切,能实现骨折复位和稳固固定的作用。

Objective To evaluate the early results of manipulation with Hoffa’s fractures with Acutrak headlss compression screws.Methods Seven cases of Hoffa’s fractures were treated with open reduction and Acutrak headlss compression screws fixation in our department from January 2010 to February 2012.All of them were classified according to Letenneur types,followed up and retrospectively reviewed.Results All fractures were healed after the mean 16.5 months’ follow-up.According to Letenneur evaluation system,4 cases were assessed as excellent,2 as good,and 1 as poor.The good-to-excellent rate was 85.7%.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with Acutrak headlss compression screws is an effective method for Hoffa’s fractures.
