Matched Unrelated Donor Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation——First-Line Therapy for Children with Severe Aplastic Anemia?

摘要 造血干细胞移植是治疗儿童重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA)的重要措施,HLA相合的同胞供体(MSD)移植是公认的儿童SAA一线治疗方法。随着移植技术的快速发展,非血缘相关供体(MUD)移植疗效有了大幅度提高,许多中心达到了与MSD一样的治疗效果,因此HLA高分辨相合MUD有望成为儿童SAA的首选治疗。
