摘要
髓样分化因子(MyD88)属Toll样受体/IL-1受体超家族的重要成员,是启动活化核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)和丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路的必要衔接蛋白。目前认为,MyD88在昆虫及哺乳动物的固有免疫防御、信号传递和疾病发生中起关键作用。现从MyD88的结构、基本功能、信号通路中的作用、新生儿相关疾病的发生与治疗等方面进行综述。
Myeloid differentiation factor 88 ( MyD88 ), an important member of Toll - like receptor and interleukin - 1 receptor superfamily, is an essential adaptor to activate nuclear factor - κB and mitogen - activated protein kinases. Currently it is accepted that MyD88 plays essential role in innate immunity, signal transduetion and illness progressing. Here the structure, fundamental function of MyD88 and its role in signal transduetion are reviewed. Furthermore the association between MyD88 and the common neonatal diseases are also illustrated.
