Educational Investment Strength Must Be Increased Firstly During The Western Exploitation

本文从教育的三个主要特征 :教育的先导性 ,教育的全局性 ,教育的基础性出发 ,结合当前西部教育发展的状况 ,论述了西部大开发中加大对西部教育投资的力度的紧迫性和不可缺性 ,指出了加大西部教育投资的力度对缩短东西部发展差距具有重要的现实意义。

In this article, the three main characters of education, education leading, education embodying and education founding, are the foundations of our argument. According to the recent development situation of the western education, we advise that educational investment strength must be increased firstly during the western exploitation. We argue that this is urgent and can not be without during the western exploitation. At last, we point out the importance of the investment to shorten the distance between the east and the west of China.
