Analyzing and Thinking on the Limitative Factors of Venture Investment in China

本文从风险投资本身特点出发 ,探讨风险投资在中国所面对的特殊风险。着重从三个方面剖析 :组织制度、产权结构及市场机制。对比国外 ,尤其是美国 ,本文认为 ,由于在上述三个方面我国制度及体制缺憾突出 ,风险投资在中国将面临更大风险 ,因而不宜普遍、大规模展开 ,并提出相应对策。

Based on the venture investment's characteristic, this paper discusses the special venture of the investment in China. The authou takes apart in three aspects, organizing system, property right's structure and market mechanism. Contrasting the difference China and the foreign country, America especially, the paper thinks that we shall be faced with more venture as a result of the system's objection. We put forward the correspondence countermeasures about the problem in the paper.
