摘要
在分析国家与地方文化产业政策法规关系的基础上,借用SWOT工具分析山西文化产业发展的优势与弱势,并以"综改区"建设为背景,以分类推进事业单位改革为契机,根据山西文化产业发展的实际情况,为山西发展文化产业、实现绿色转型提供政策措施选择。
Based on the discussion of the relationship between the state and local policy and law, the paper use the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of cultural industry in Shanxi. And finally put forward the suggestion for policy and law about the development of cultural industry in Shanxi according to the actual situation based comprehensive economic transformation area.
