中国碳排放量与外商直接投资的相关性——基于中国第二产业面板数据的研究

The Correlations between Carbon Emission and Foreign Direct Investment in China:Based on Chinese Second Industry Panel Data

外商直接投资(FDI)在推动中国经济发展中发挥了巨大作用,但也给中国带来了严重的碳排放量增加与环境污染问题。在统计分析中国第二产业分行业碳排放量和FDI分行业工业产值现状的基础上,检验了二者之间的相关性,并运用面板数据模型进行回归分析,结果表明,FDI工业产值的增长促进了中国第二产业的碳排放量增加。因此我国有必要对FDI进行有选择的吸收,从招商引资逐步转向招商选资,从而实现产业结构升级,减少碳排放量。

Foreign direct investment （FDI） has played a tremendous role in promoting China＇s economic devel- opment, but also brings serious carbon emissions and environmental pollution. This paper analyzes the current situ- ation of carbon emissions in second industry and Chinese FDI industrial output. On basis of this, this paper inspec- ted the correlation between those, and carried on regress analysis with panel data model. The results showed that FDI industrial output growth increased carbon emissions in second industry. So it is necessary to have a choice on FDI absorption, and transform gradually from investment upgrading of the industrial structure, and reduce carbon promotion to investment selection. Thus we can realize the emissions.
