摘要
在农产品、食品安全标准及其对农业、食品产业可持续发展影响日益受到国内外学者关注背景下,从农产品、食品安全标准制定、实施、治理机制动态演化角度分析其对现代农业发展的作用机制,提出当前我国农产品、食品质量安全标准实施的重点问题和规制。
The food - safety standards and its impacts on agriculture sustainable development in the food indus- try has been drawn wide attention increasingly in domestic and foreign. The impacts of food - safety standards on modern agriculture development have been analyzed from the perspective of food - safety standards, its implementa- tions and administrative mechanisms. Some important problems about the implementations of food - safety standards have been proposed.
