山西省水资源压力评价——基于投影寻踪法

Study on Evaluation of Water Resource Pressure in Shanxi Province:Based on Projection Pursuit Model

水资源是经济发展的基础资源,水资源压力的大小对区域经济发展布局的安排、发展模式的选择起着决定性作用。以投影寻踪理论为基础,选取了体现水资源禀赋压力、空间组合压力、开发利用压力的12个指标,构建了水资源压力评价模型,对山西省水资源压力进行了综合评价。评价结果表明,造成水资源压力的显著影响因素为取水结构、用水结构和水资源生产效率,其次为水资源与社会经济要素的匹配性。在此基础上对山西省未来发展提出相应建议。

The water resource is the basic resources for economic development. The regional economic layout arrangement and the development model are much influenced by the size of water pressure. In this paper, the water resource pressure of Shanxi province were studied using projection pursuit method on the basis of evaluation system, which include 12 indicators about the natural endowment, the spatial combination, development and utilization of water resource. The results indicate that the significant influence factors on water resources pressure are water sup- ply structure, water utilization structure and efficiency. The second factor is the matching nature between water re- sources and social economic factors. In final, the author gives adviees on Shanxi province development.
