摘要
提出了一种新型复合絮凝剂ＣＳ－Ｈ，并对其澄清效果进行了实验。结果表明，ＣＳ－Ｈ对葡萄汁具有良好的澄清作用。在最佳条件下，澄清时间仅需２－３ｈ，透光率即可达到９５％以上，其絮凝效果明显优于同类其它絮凝剂。
A new - type of composite flocculant CS - H was advanced, and test about its clarification effect was made. The results show that the CS - H has favorable effect for graph juice. Under the optimum conditions, the graph juice was clarified in about 2-3 hr and the transmittancy was more than 95%, and its flocculation effect has a great advantage over other flocculants.
