老年高血压病患者护理干预研究

A study on Nursing intervention to elderly Hypertensive patients

目的:探讨有利于老年高血压患者提高临床治疗效果的护理干预方式。方法:将182例高血压患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各91例;对照组:采取传统的常规治疗护理措施;实验组:在传统的常规治疗护理措施基础上,进行宣教、指导、督促及出院后指导。对两组患者出院半年后生活方式和血压控制情况进行调查,取得原始数据并进行对比分析,对计量资料采用T检验,技术资料采用x2检验。结果:实验组生活习性改变率为66-96%,降压有效率为95%;对照组为13-50%,降压有效率为44%,两组对比具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对老年高血压病患者进行强化护理干预,改变不良生活习惯,对血压控制有明显的作用。

Objective： to observe the way of nursing intervention to the elderly hypertension patients .Method： 182 elderly hypertension patients hospitalized were divided into the experimental group and the control group by systematic sampling. Then comparative analysis the living way and blood pressure control of these tow groups discharged for six mouths. Result： After discharged for six months, the rate of change in living habits of the experimental group is 06-99%, The rate of blood pressure control of the experimental group is 95%,and13-50% and 44% for the contrel group, compared the tow groups there was significant statistical significance,（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Giving the elderly hypertension patients hospitalized with nursing intervention, will have significant effects on adverse changes in lifestyle and blood pressure control. The implementation of nursing intervention to the elderly hypertension patients is a good way of health education. Nursing intervention should be given to the patients and their family ,emphasizing family involvement and supervision ,and adverse changes in the family way of life ,improving the quality of patient＇s life and improving Patient compliance, reducing the level of patient＇s blood pressure
