本文通过斜面培养和摇瓶培养从7株猴头菌中筛选出1株多糖产量高的菌株H_1用于多糖保健饮品的研制,并介绍了工艺流程和产品特点和要求。
Hericium erinaceus strain H_1 is screened for producing functional beverage by slant cultivation and sub merged culture because of its high amount of Polysaccharide ,the processing and property of the production are also introduced.
