丹红注射液对不同肝脏疾病肝纤维化指标的影响

EFFECTS OF DANHONG INJECTION ON LIVER FIBROSIS INDEXES IN DIFFERENT HEPATIC DISEASES

目的:分析丹红注射液对临床常见的几类肝脏疾病肝纤维化指标的影响。方法:将慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)84例、酒精性肝病(ALD)50例、非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)50例、原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)25例、药物性肝炎(DILD)20例,各病种均随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予常规护肝治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹红注射液,两组患者均在治疗前及治疗30天后检查肝纤维化指标(透明质酸、层粘连蛋白、Ⅲ型前胶原蛋白肽、Ⅳ型胶原)。结果:各病种治疗组下降幅度均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。不同病种治疗组间肝纤维化指标下降幅度有所不同,依次为ALD>DILD>NAFLD>CHB>PBC,其中ALD与DILD组间无显著性差异,而DILD与NAFLD组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),PBC、NAFLD、CHB组之间均无显著性差异。各病种对照组间下降幅度依次为DILD>ALD>NAFLD>CHB>PBC,其中DILD与ALD组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),而ALD、NAFLD、CHB、PBC组间无显著性差异。结论:丹红注射液对ALD和DILD抗肝纤维化效果明显优于其他肝病。

Objective:To analyse the therapeutic effect of danhong injection on liver fibrosis caused by several kinds of hepatic diseases.Methods:The cases of each type of hepatic disease(84 cases CHB,50cases ALD,50 cases NAFLD,25 cases PBC,20cases DILD) were randomized into control group which treated with routine drugs of protecting hepatic cell and curing hypohepatia and treatment group which treated with the same drugs adding on danhong injection,the liver fibrosis indexes such as HA,LN,PⅢP and Ⅳ-C were determined before and after treated 30 days.Results:All liver fibrosis indexes in treatment group of every kinds of hepatic disease were improved obviously,the effects were significant better than those of control group,sequence of effects in each hepatic disease show that ALD>DILD>NAFLD>CHB>PBC,there were significant differences between DILD and NAFLD(P<0.05),but there were no differences between ALD and DILD,as well the same between PBC,NAFLD and CHB.The sequence of effects in each hepatic disease in control group show that DILD>ALD>NAFLD>CHB>PBC,there were significant difference between DILD and ALD(P<0.05),but there were no differences between ALD,NAFLD,CHB and PBC.Conclusion:The therapeutic effects of danhong injection on liver fibrosis caused by ALD and DILD were much better than those in other hepatic diseases.
