针灸治疗2型糖尿病的研究进展

Research Progress on Acupuncture Treatment to Type 2 Diabetes

为了阐述针灸治疗2型糖尿病的确切疗效,并为临床制定更加合理和规范化的治疗方案提供依据。笔者通过查阅近15年来针灸治疗2型糖尿病的文献资料,从机理及临床研究两个方面进行总结概括,阐述针灸治疗本病的临床优势。结果发现针灸可通过调整胰岛素抵抗、改善胰岛β细胞功能及调节中枢系统作用来治疗2型糖尿病,并被临床验证有确切疗效。针灸治疗2型糖尿病安全有效,值得临床推广。

The exactly curative effect in type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） by acupuncture treatment is elaborated, and the more reasonable and standardized clinical treatment is provided for clinical treatment. Through referring to literature material about acupuncture treatment for type 2 diabetes in nearly 15 years, the mechanism and clinical research are concluded, and the clinical advantages of acupuncture treatment for this disease is expounded . The acupuncture can be used to treat type 2 diabetes through adjusting the insulin resistance, improving beta cell function and regulating center system function which have been proved have exact curative effect. The acupuncture treatment for type 2 diabetes is safety and effective which is adapt to clinical promotion.
