聚酯广泛应用于我们的日常生活中。通过分析聚酯生产的方法及工艺流程,根据聚酯切片生产的技术要求及DCS系统的应用现状。采用ECS-700 DCS系统的控制配置方案,最终实现了ECS-700 DCS系统在聚酯切片(CP)生产过程中的应用。

Polyester is widely used in our daily life.This paper analyzes based on the technical requirements for production of polyester chips and application status of DCS system through careful analysis about polyester production method and technological process.Using the ECS-700 DCS system control scheme,this paper realizes the applications of ECS-700 DCS System-SmartPro during the producing progress of the polyester chips （CP）.
