基于PLC控制的润滑实验机正弦运动的实现

摘要 正弦运动形式下油膜厚度的测量是润滑学实验研究的重要内容,传统的试验系统多使用偏心轮机构实现此类运动。介绍了利用PLC控制伺服电机实现正弦运动的控制方案,包括控制方案的确定,基于FX3U-16MT型PLC的伺服电机控制系统的软硬件设计。最后在光弹流实验机上进行了实际测量并给出结果。 Sinusoid motion is an important kinematic condition used an eccentric mechanism.This paper presents an approach to unit of FX3U-16MT with a servomotor is used and program transmission error is estimated. the optical lubricating film measurement,and usually applied by get sinusoid motion by a servomotor controlled by PLC.A PLC is designed.The built system is tested in the test rig and the
